Colorado Pro Tour Challenge Benefits

We race in the highly publicized Colorado Pro Tour Challenge and we negotiate a direct marketing package as part of our activation to race. The following is a sample from last year's 2014 event as BISSELL Pro Cycling. Keep in mind, we also purchase a VIP hospitality tent for you along the finishing line if you desire. That's a great place to entertain friends, family, or clients!

Sponsorship Benefits - Colorado Pro Tour Challenge Marketing Agreement with BISSELL Pro Cycling

1. Official Partner of the 2014 USA Pro Cycling Challenge 

(a) Rights to use the USA Pro Cycling Challenge Official Partner name, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, product and service identification, artwork and other symbols and distinctive indicia associated with the Event to use on packaging and/or advertising. 

2. Internet 

(a) Classic shall provide to Sponsor the following benefits and recognition via the Internet and on the Official Event Website: 

(i) Logo featured on Partner page of official website under Official Partner designation; 

(ii) Inclusion of feature of team-selected athlete in Classic's e-newsletter. 

3. Print 

(a) Classic shall provide to Sponsor the following benefits and recognition via Print, as follows: 

(i) Integration of team into Event and Map Guide information; 

(ii) Logo featured on Thank You ad in Official Event Guide and Denver Post insert. 

4. Television/Webcast 

(a) Sponsor shall receive the following television exposure benefits in connection with the Event: 

(i) Sponsor cycling team mentions during live broadcast throughout the week. 

5. On Site Exposure and Signage

(a) Sponsor shall receive recognition for its sponsorship of the Event on-site during the Event as follows: 

(i) Two (2) 15-second public address announcements read at each Finish Line, daily;

(ii) Two (2) 30-second rotating commercial spots on the giant LED screens at each Finish Lines, daily; 

(iii) Booth space at each Finish Festival, daily OR Athlete at Kick Off Press Conference in Aspen, August 17, 2014. 

6. Hospitality

(a) Sponsor shall receive the following hospitality benefits in connection with the Event:

(i) Twenty (20) VIP Passes during the week. No more than eight (8) may be used during a Stage Finish. Bissell to notify Classic the number of passes used for Stage starts and finishes by July 1, 2014.

(ii) Four (4) Passes to Team’s Presentation in Aspen, August 16, 2014;

(iii) Four (4) Post Party Passes in Denver, August 24, 2014
